Senior Marketing Specialist

As a Senior Marketing Specialist at BitPeak you will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts in. We are looking for an experienced candidate with a proven track record in B2B industry who can bring their expertise in content building, leadership skills, and a passion for the new IT world - the combination of technologies and the human factor.

Responsibilities

Developing and executing the company's marketing strategy in line with overall business objectives
Supporting sales activities and enable the team to achieve their targets, preparing sales presentations
Preparation and organization of events both in Poland and abroad
Monitoring technology trends
Supervising of the creation of advertising, image and promotional materials in cooperation with external companies, freelancers, graphic designers
Marketing budget management and optimization
Coordination of online and offline marketing activities

Requirements

5+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing (necessarily IT) industry
Strong background in content building and managing a content management system
Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to inform strategic decisions 
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent Polish and English (B2/C1)
Interests in the area of new technologies, Big Data and Data Analytics Very good organization of work, commitment, independence and pro activity in the search for new solutions
