The person hired for this position will join the team creating modern analytical solutions for companies operating in Poland and worldwide. They will have the opportunity to work in an international environment, leveraging cloud technologies.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst in IT projects or BI Analyst
Ability to translate business language into technical language and vice versa
A problem-solving approach and ability to deliver business value
Very good knowledge of SQL, understanding of Business Intelligence & Data Management processes, practices and tools
Knowledge of Power BI (or other reporting tools) & analytical cloud services to a level allowing to conduct independent analysis
Ability to design data models in a layered architecture (e.g. medallion architecture) and according to a multidimensional approach (Kimball technique)
Ability to communicate and cooperate in team environment
Independence and willingness to take responsibility
Very good knowledge of English - min. C1
Gathering, verifying and managing requirements as part of business intelligence initiatives
Conducting workshops and meetings with stakeholders, including mid/senior management
Understanding and cataloguing the Client's data and business processes
Creating and maintaining documentation on requirements, design or user manuals
Ensuring data model consistency and compliance with established standards
Coordination of small and medium-sized initiatives within the project as a leader
Actively participating in internal and external initiatives to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous development both personal and that of the team members
Monitoring the market for tools and operational techniques specific to business-system analysis in Data & BI
Developing and maintaining internal Knowledge Base for the team
Setting good practices, operational procedures, document templates, etc.
Ensuring high quality of services provided by the Consulting team to BitPeak clients
