Finance Specialist

As a Financial Specialist at BitPeak, you will strategically plan, coordinate, and oversee our finances. Responsibilities

Participation in the preparation process of budgets, forecasts, business plans
Reviewing documents for substantive and accounting accuracy
Continuous monitoring and analysis of revenue and operating costs
Responsible for entering cost documents into the company (record keeping, verification of accuracy)
Continuous monitoring of receivables status and collection of receivables
Active participation in the month/year-end closing process
Issuing sales invoices, corrections, and credit notes
Preparation and analysis of financial reports
Providing analytics/reporting/consultations to support business decisions
Close collaboration with external HR-accounting firm

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a similar position
Up-to-date knowledge of applicable legal regulations
Ability to derive conclusions from financial data
Upper-intermediate MS Excel skills
Ability to organise own work effectively
Communication, responsibility, attention to details and proactiveness
Good command of spoken and written English
